Rum is not one of my favorite spirits so I decided to add Bailey's Irish Cream instead of the Rum. Friends have been asking for my recipe and I thought you might like to try them also.
Crush 9 weetbix into a bowl, add 1 tablespoon cocoa, 1/2 cup coconut, 1 tin condensed milk and 2 tablespoons of Bailey's. Mix together and put in the fridge for 20 minutes. Roll in to bite sized balls and toss in to coconut. Must be kept in the refrigerator.
