Sue, my dear friend has just finished our latest shop sample, yes it is a bag !!!!! The pattern is called "Raspberry Ripple" by Melly and Me, and the fabrics are from the range "Frolic" by Moda. We chose the brown marble for the pleats and the cream floral for the main part of the bag.
Also in the "Frolic range we have completed a child's quilt - Free download on Moda Bakeshop. The quilt is call "Whirly Wheels Baby Quilt" and designed by Bradie Sparrow. This quilt is made with a Jelly Roll, we made our quilt larger to use up most of the strips. We also made a cushion to go on the bed. The quilt has been quilted by Rosalie and I just love the quilting. Rosalie is happy to make sure she finds the right pattern for you. The photo to the right shows you just some of the quilting, the scoll vine looks great in all the centres of the pinwheels.
Hope you have enjoyed looking at our new samples, sometimes it is great for the customer to see the item made up in different fabrics as well.
